Loopwell, a community-focused well-being social club in Montclair, is teaming up with Harvard stress expert and author Dr. Aditi Nerurkar to host "The Five Resets Workshop" on Thursday, Nov. 21, from 7 to 9 p.m.
The immersive experience will bring Dr. Nerurkar's book, "The 5 Resets," to life through hands-on stations designed to help participants manage stress and burnout. Dr. Nerurkar's approach, rooted in over two decades of clinical experience, focuses on five small but powerful mindset shifts that can change one's relationship with stress and promote a sense of calm.
During the workshop, attendees will be guided by expert coaches at five stations, each focusing on a different reset method:
Dr. Nerurkar is a nationally-recognized speaker, TV correspondent, and the co-director of the Harvard Medical School Clerkship in Community Engagement. Her research has been published in The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), and her work has been featured in various media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, CNN, and Oprah Magazine.
