Giants legend dunks on Bill Belichick on ESPN broadcast

Monday's broadcast of the Rams' 27-9 win over the Vikings was the final time Bill Belichick will appear on "ManningCast," ESPN's broadcast of "Monday Night Football," hosted by Eli and Peyton Manning.

And Eli took the opportunity to make a little dig at the coach he beat in two Super Bowls.

The brothers were thanking Belichick for his contributions this season as he turned to broadcasting after a nearly quarter-decade run as Patriots head coach.

"Thank you so much for joining us this year, we had a blast," Peyton said. "It was more fun being your teammate than having to go against you. I know that much for sure."

"Peyt, you kinda speak for yourself there. I kinda liked playing against Bill sometimes," Eli said, as Peyton and Belichick both laughed.

Eli was 3-2 against the Patriots in his career and won two Super Bowl titles against New England in the 2007 and 2011 seasons.

Belichick spent 24-years with the Patriots and won six Super Bowls. Last month, he came to an agreement on a to a five-year, $50 million deal with North Carolina to join the ACC school as their new head coach.
