JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) -- Voting is going smoothly across Mississippi.
The Mississippi Secretary of State's Office received reports of high traffic at the polls, it announced at 3:30 p.m.
It received minor reports of campaign paraphernalia being worn in some precincts, voting machines temporarily being down, a late-opening precinct and a user error operating ExpressVote machines.
The SOS didn't identify the specific precincts.
