Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers have awakened from their first half slumber.
The quarterback and the Chargers, anemic in the first half, have turned the game around against Kansas City in the second half. Herbert threw a 4-yard scoring pass to wide receiver Quentin Johnston early in the third quarter.
The Chargers scored touchdowns on their first two possessions in the second half erase a 13-0 deficit and take a 14-13 lead going into the fourth quarter.
