Newline Interactive To Enhance Digital Signage With 'Signage Pro' Service

Newline Signage Pro is pitched as an 'innovative digital signage software designed to simplify and elevate content management for organisations of all size'

Newline Interactive has announced its new "Signage Pro" solution, which aims to revolutionise digital signage.

Newline Interactive, a provider of interactive display solutions and AV technology, presents Newline Signage Pro as an innovative digital signage software that simplifies and enhances content management for organisations of all sizes.

Chris Bradford, President of Newline, commented:

We designed Newline Signage Pro with the needs of our customers in mind. This software offers robust features while remaining intuitive and accessible, ensuring that anyone can create impactful digital signage without a steep learning curve."

With Newline Signage Pro, Newline says businesses can streamline their digital signage operations using an all-in-one platform that blends powerful features with user-friendly functionality. The software offers a comprehensive online admin portal, enabling users to easily control digital content, customise layouts, and manage devices remotely from anywhere.

Newline Signage Pro is available now, and the company confirms it comes preloaded on select Newline displays.

Newline Signage Pro introduces a swathe of key features to simplify the management and deployment of digital signage. One of its standout capabilities is its streamlined registration process, which allows admins to register devices individually or in bulk. This can be done using serial numbers, QR codes, or Excel files, ensuring a rapid and hassle-free setup.

The system also offers efficient device grouping, enabling users to organise and manage their devices for seamless, better content deployment. Additionally, Newline Signage Pro provides versatile pre-defined layouts, offering six professionally designed options that cater to various display configurations.

Newline emphasises that content creation is made simple with a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface, allowing users to craft impressive content straightforwardly. The business added that the platform supports an array of rich content, including images, videos, live feeds, weather updates, QR codes, and more, seeking to provide ample opportunities to engage audiences.

Live feed integration is another key feature. It enables real-time content streaming from platforms like YouTube Live and Twitch, intending to keep audiences engaged with up-to-date information. Moreover, the simple scheduling feature ensures that content is displayed at the right time, aspiring to provide targeted messaging.

Newline Signage Pro offers seamless integrations with Google Slides and Calendar, making it easy to sync events and presentations. A future integration with Canva will further enhance users' creative possibilities. Lastly, the system is fully integrated with Newline's Q Pro & STV+ displays, with support for additional devices coming soon.

In October, Microsoft made moves in the digital signage space by introducing digital signage functionality for Teams Rooms on Windows.

Microsoft expanded the use of Teams Rooms hardware to include signage in addition to its traditional role for meetings and presentations. This new feature enables organisations to communicate with teams, display company news, promote upcoming events, and reinforce brand messaging.

In Signage mode, the front-of-room display will showcase content while the Teams Rooms banner continues to show room information and calendar previews, keeping users informed about the room's context.

The Teams Rooms banner can be hidden for those who prefer the signage content to fill the entire display without any overlays. A simple tap on the touch console in signage mode will also allow users to return the device to the Teams Rooms home screen.

Meanwhile, last month, Korbyt became the first digital signage partner to join the Zoom ISV Exchange Program.

The programme enables Zoom to integrate solutions from Korbyt and other independent software vendors (ISVs) into its AI-powered collaboration platform, Zoom Workplace.

One of the key integrations is Korbyt Anywhere, a leading solution for brand and workplace experience. This integration allows Zoom customers to access Korbyt's services directly, streamlining their workplace experience (WEX) needs without the need for additional invoices or vendor agreements.
