AirAsia has announced the reopening of its Cebu hub, launching a new direct service between Macau and Cebu.
According to the low-cost carrier, the aims is to expand domestic and international connectivity and provide travelers from Macau, Hong Kong, and the Greater Bay Area with convenient access to the Philippines' beaches and islands.
The Macau-Cebu route is scheduled to officially begin on November 15. with flights operating three times weekly at 9:20 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
From Cebu, connecting flights to Manila will depart at 6 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
The service links directly to AirAsia's domestic network from Cebu, including destinations such as Davao, Caticlan (Boracay), and Iloilo.
From September 3 to 14, passengers can book tickets through the airline's MOVE app starting at MOP114 one-way base fare, excluding fees and surcharges, for travel between November 15 and June 30, 2026.
