The event, scheduled for September 13, will see Vincent, known for his powerful and soulful voice, perform with his band.
This is a rare opportunity for fans to see the artist in a band setting, as he is usually a solo performer.
The church, described as a "magnificent, imposing structure," offers an extraordinary performance space with perfect acoustics.
Vincent, who has been described as "absolutely magnetic" and "the real deal" by Bob Harris, has previously performed with notable artists such as Mary Chapin Carpenter and Roger Waters.
His performance on the BBC's 'Old Grey Whistle Test, For One Night Only' propelled him to number one and two in the iTunes Album and Singles Charts.
Tickets for the event are priced at £18, with doors opening at 7pm and music starting at 7.30pm.
A licensed bar will be serving drinks either side of the performances, with proceeds going to the Church restoration appeal.
Parking at the church is limited, so attendees are advised to use the free public car park behind Tesco on the High Street, a five-minute walk from the church.
