Officers arrest Cleveland man on a warrant for probation violation: Fairview Park Police Blotter

On Oct. 29 officers responded to a report of shoplifting at Marshall's. A 54-year-old Cleveland man was arrested for theft and taken to Fairview Park Police Department.

Warrant, Lorain Road

On Oct. 30 officers stopped a driver after a registration check showed the driver had an arrest warrant with Fairview Park Police Department. The 42-year-old Cleveland man was arrested and taken to Fairview Park Police Department where he was issued a court date and released. The passenger, a 29-year-old Cleveland man, was found to have a felony arrest warrant for robbery and was also arrested and taken to Cleveland Police Department to be held for court.

Warrant, Lorain Road

On Oct. 31 officers stopped a driver because the license plate was not able to be read. The driver, a 35-year-old Cleveland man, was arrested on a warrant for a felony probation violation stemming from burglary and menacing charges. He was taken to Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office to be held for court.
