Browns' Deshaun Watson Amongst Top Graded Players?

The Cleveland Browns suffered a heartbreaking 20-16 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 4, dropping them to 1-3 on the season. The team continues to face challenges in key moments, especially on the offensive side of the ball, where consistency has been difficult to find.

Let's take a look at the three players who graded out as the top performers for Cleveland:

Defensive end Isaiah McGuire: McGuire posted an impressive overall defensive grade of 94.3. He recorded a run defense grade of 94.5, a tackling grade of 69.6, and a pressure grade of 55.6, logging 1 tackle on 14 snaps.

Quarterback Deshaun Watson: Watson showed flashes of his potential with an overall offensive grade of 86.0. He went 24/32 for 176 passing yards with 1 touchdown and 1 interception, adding 8 rushes for 32 yards on 59 plays.

Tight end Blake Whiteheart: Whiteheart, responsible for Cleveland's lone touchdown on a 1-yard reception capping off the first drive of the game, graded out at 83.9 offensively. He posted an 84.0 passing grade and a pass-blocking grade of 72.8, contributing 3 receptions for 13 yards.

As the Browns look ahead to their Week 5 matchup against the Washington Commanders, they must find answers on offense. Cleveland currently averages 246.3 total yards per game, 151.5 passing yards, and 94.8 rushing yards, all of which must improve to keep pace with the Commanders, who are coming off a dominant 42-14 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
