South Chattanooga came alive with the For the Culture Festival, a celebration of our community's rich cultural heritage.
From noon to 6 PM, families gathered at the future home of the Cocoa Cafe for a vibrant day filled with local art, delicious food from various trucks, and lively music from a DJ.
The family-friendly event featured numerous local artists and vendors, providing them with a platform to connect with the community and showcase their talents.
"This is part of the revitalization of the South Chattanooga community. We have great people here, and now it's time for us to level up. This corner will revitalize the business district and enhance Alton Park, making it the place to be," said Councilwoman Raquetta Dotley.
For The Culture Festival was a fantastic reminder of the vibrant community we have here in South Chattanooga. We look forward to more events that celebrate the culture and bring us together.
