Can you believe it was 33 years old ago when Contemporary Christian singer Amy Grant had her pop crossover hit "Baby Baby" top Billboard's Top 100 chart. Selling more than 30 million albums worldwide, Grant will be playing a concert at the Orpheum Theatre, 528 Pierce St., at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
2 Why not YTNOT?
Rush was a band that proved Canadians could headbang just as hard as their next door neighbors. Even though he disbanded more than a decade ago, Rush still has its fair share of fans, YYNOT, a Rush tribute band, is coming to do an 8 p.m. Saturday show at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino's Anthem, 111 Third St.
3 'Boom' Town!
Bringing in plenty of Lone Star State sass, Boomchank -- featuring Texas blues guitar legends Hadden Sayers and Brannen Temple -- is playing an 8 p.m. Thursday show at Vangarde Arts, 416 Pierce St.

Pony rides, face-painting and a chance to get a head start on Trick or Treating? Sounds good to us. Oh wait, the Sioux City Farmers Market fall fest is really geared toward kids? Eh, we guess that's OK. Bring the family to Fall Fest from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Tyson Events Center parking lot.

Autumn's Artwalk -- sponsored by the Sioux City Art Center and other downtown art galleries -- will be extra spooky with Art-o-Ween, going on from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
6 Two spook shacks in one location!
Nightmare on Fourth Street and the Fear Factory -- collectively known as Scare Central -- are both returning to 1227 Fourth St., every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October. Be afraid, be very afraid!
