Adam Copeland Reveals His Retirement Timeline, Matt Hardy Talks WWE-TNA Deal, More
With the multi-year partnership announced between WWE and TNA Wrestling, it was heavily expected NXT Superstars would have some kind of presence at the TNA Genesis 2025 pay-per-view event.
Fans didn't have to wait long for this to happen, as Arianna Grace came out during the pre-show to take full credit for this crossover, introducing that so many of her "besties" are in attendance tonight, but she wouldn't say who, as that would spoil the surprise. Ashante "Thee" Adonis came out next, telling her she looks good tonight -- but only tonight -- and as Grace ran off, Adonis came to the ring, insulted the Texas crowd, and issued an open challenge to the TNA roster to kick off this partnership.
That open challenge was immediately answered by Jake Something, who made relatively quick work of Adonis, picking up the first pinfall victory of the night.
