Florida Highway Patrol said a Pennsylvania woman was killed and three other people were injured in a Marion County crash Saturday evening.Troopers said the crash happened around 7:30 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of County Road 314 and NE 170th Avenue. They said a sedan traveling west on CR-314 attempted to overtake a vehicle ahead of them by crossing the double yellow lines into the eastbound lane of CR-314. As a result, the sedan entered directly into the path of an oncoming sedan and the two vehicles collided nearly head-on.The sedan, which crossed the center line, overturned onto its right side into a grassy area and the car it hit came to a rest in the grass on the south side of the road.The driver of the westbound, wrong-way sedan died from her injuries. A 20-year-old passenger in her car suffered serious injuries. FHP said neither was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.Both the driver and passenger in the other vehicle were seriously injured in the crash.
