For the third year in a row, the NFL is heading to Germany. This season, though, it'll feature two teams with identical 2-7 records: the New York Giants and the Carolina Panthers.

On the other hand, the Panthers are coming into today's game off a 23-22 win versus the New Orleans Saints.
