Rich Homie Quan's cause of death has been revealed, nearly a month after he passed away.
The rapper, whose real name is Dequantes Devontay Lamar, was 34 years old when he died in early September, his family confirmed, at his home in Atlanta, Ga.
According to TMZ, Rich died from a toxic mix of drugs, with combined effects from fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine and promethazine, per the Fulton County Medical Examiner.
The late rapper's cause of death is being ruled an accident, and there were no signs of trauma when his body was found and examined.
The toxicology report also notes he had THC in his system, but that was not a cause of death, as were the other substances.
TMZ reports that his girlfriend was the one who found him on the couch, unresponsive, telling 911 that he was not breathing, had no heartbeat and was foaming at the mouth.
