Driving the news: A judge ruled Tuesday afternoon for several precincts to remain open until 7:58pm ET, per the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Four public polling places in Arizona's Navajo County received similar threats, Secretary of State Adrian Fontes said in a press update.
Officials are also investigating at least two unfounded threats in Philadelphia.
What they're saying: NAACP President Derrick Johnson emphasized that these intimidation tactics should not obstruct the democratic process.
