Bills Tight End Had Hilarious Reaction to Josh Allen's Clutch TD Run vs. Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs have had the Buffalo Bills' number in postseason play recently. But on Sunday, Josh Allen and company played spoiler to the buzz surrounding a possible perfect season for Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.

Allen threw for 262 yards and one touchdown while totaling 55 rushing yards and one crucial score on the ground.

After Mahomes cut the Bills' lead to two points with just under eight minutes remaining, Allen facilitated a 12-play, 70-yard drive and capped it off with an incredible 26-yard touchdown run.

Allen weaved through the defense to extend Buffalo's lead to nine points with just over two minutes remaining to hand the Chiefs their first loss of the season.

Allen's run came on 4th and 2 as the Bills opted not to take a field goal and put the ball back in the hands of Mahomes with less than a one-touchdown lead.

The reactions poured in, and Allen's teammates had plenty to say after the victory that moved the Bills to 9-2 on the season. However, tight end Dawson Knox may have summed it up best with his reaction, admitting that somehow seeing Allen make a play like that feels "normal" at this point, as Dan Fetes of ABC's 13WHAM revealed.

"As soon as I saw him get past the line of scrimmage, I kinda knew he was scoring even though there's a linebacker and two DBs in front of him," Knox said.

"... You kind of expect it, and you're like, 'holy cow why does this feel normal?'"

While it's hard to believe that witnessing a play like that can feel "normal" for Allen's teammates, it's not surprising considering the quarterback's stellar dual-threat numbers throughout much of his career.

Allen has totaled 3,927 rushing yards and 58 scores on the ground over 105 regular-season games. He also racked up a career-best 15 rushing touchdowns last season and is currently a front-runner for the NFL's Most Valuable Player award.

While Allen's ability as a runner is well-documented, he's been excellent as a passer, specifically since the 2020 season. Through 11 games this year, Allen has totaled 2,543 yards through the air with 18 touchdowns and just five interceptions.
