Celebrity chef Tim Love's catering facility in Fort Worth sustained damage after a fire started in an adjoining property on Tuesday morning.
Around 2:20 a.m., the Fort Worth Fire Department responded to several emergency calls about a fire at a commercial building in the 700 block of North Main Street, next door to Tim Love Catering. Two people were apparently inside.

"Upon arrival, crews found a very large, vacant 2-story warehouse well-involved with heavy fire," the fire department said on X. "The Incident Commander called for a second alarm and crews cleared the building of any possible victims. Firefighters fought the fire defensively for close to 75 minutes before it was brought under control."

One person was transported to a hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation. No firefighters were injured, the Fort Worth Fire Department said, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
On Tuesday afternoon, Love shared a video on social media thanking people for their messages of support and explaining what happened.

"Building next door caught fire from a couple of vagrants, we believe, burning the building down," Love said in an Instagram post. "[We're] having to move operations to the different restaurants ... but the team is safe and we're pushing forward."
Love is one of the most prolific restaurateurs not only in Fort Worth but in Texas, with places like Woodshed Smokehouse, Queenie's Steakhouse, Lonesome Dove, White Elephant Saloon, Tannahill's Tavern & Music Hall, Ático, Gemelle and Hotel Otto.
