Punjabi star Diljit Dosanjh shared a picture of his meal aboard a chartered flight, which caught the attention of chef Ranveer Brar, who complimented the food in Punjabi, particularly the paneer, saying , "paneer tagda lagda ai".

Ahead of his Kolkata performance, Diljit posted several pictures on Instagram, offering a glimpse of his inflight experience. Alongside his selfies, he showcased his meal, which included salads, chapatis, and a paneer gravy dish. He captioned the post, "NEXT Kolkata."

Chef Ranveer Brar, who recently appeared in the film The Buckingham Murders with Kareena Kapoor Khan, noticed Diljit Dosanjh's post and commented, "Pahji paneer tagda lagda ai!"
During Diljit's recent concert in Pune, he made a fan's day even more memorable when a man proposed to his girlfriend on stage. As the man knelt down to propose, Diljit continued singing. After the proposal, the man kissed his fiancée's hand and hugged her, while Diljit applauded and encouraged the audience to do the same. The couple even shook hands with the star.
Ahead of the November 30 concert in Kolkata, Dosanjh made a visit to the iconic Indian Coffee House, capturing the hearts of fans for staying connected to local culture. Pictures and videos shared on Instagram by his official team, Team Diljit Global, show the singer at the famous cultural hub. In one photo, Diljit is seen climbing the stairs of the decades-old venue. Another shows him sitting by the window, ordering a cup of hot milk coffee and thanking the server. A video also captured him enjoying his coffee while gazing out at the city from the window.

Fans reacted warmly to his visit to beloved local spots, with one commenting, "You have no idea what it feels like to see you in the same lanes which was once a regular for me." Another fan said, "Kolkata is screaming with joy," while a third added, "The Bengali in me is screaming."
Following his Kolkata show, Diljit will perform in Bengaluru, Indore, and Chandigarh, with his tour concluding on December 29 in Guwahati.
