On January 22, he'll turn 43 years old, but his recent announcement that he would return to Bossier City has all of us ready to party!
Born and raised in Cypress Bottom in Claiborne Parish Louisiana, Frank Foster is certainly one of "us" and he's planning to come back home to North Louisiana on Friday, March 28th with another huge show at Margaritaville Resort and Casino in Bossier City.
Of Frank Foster, louisianacountrymusic.com says, "This rural Louisiana native and former oilfield man has taken his songs from the campfire to the coliseum seemingly overnight, all the while gaining a following of fans whose loyalty is unmatched. His musical journey started in 2011 with the release of his first album "Rowdy Reputation".
Since those early days with the release of that first album, Frank Foster has gone on to release an additional seven albums including Red Wings and Six Strings in 2012, Southern Soul in 2013, Rhythm and Whiskey in 2014, Boots on the Ground in 2016, Good Country Music in 2016, Till I'm Gone in 2018 and The Way It Was in 2020.
With the release of each album, Frank's concerts get more diverse and his loyal audience sings along with nearly every song!
As Margaritaville Resort and Casino writes on their website:
He's a singer, a songwriter and his own boss. He refuses to let anyone water down his kind of country music. If he lives it, he writes it; if he writes it, he sings it; if he sings it, he believes it. Frank Foster ... a true original.
You'll have the opportunity to see for yourself when Frank takes the stage on Friday, March 28 at the Paradise Theater at Margaritaville Resort and Casino in Bossier City.
Doors will open at 7:00 pm and the show begins at 8:00 pm. All persons must be at least 21 years of age.
Tickets start at $25 and are still available at Ticketmaster.com.
