Brady Bekkenhuis, Arlington -- The 6-foot-6-inch, 295-pound tackle is committed to Boston College. He will set the edge in a run-heavy offense, paving the way for senior Ori Forest to have another big season on the ground.

Marcus DeJesus, Andover -- New coach Jay Fielding plans to use the speedy junior as a slot back and receiver after DeJesus showcased his breakaway speed last season in an injury-shortened campaign.

Dominic Funke, Xaverian -- After racking up 13.5 sacks and 34 tackles for loss during a state championship campaign, the BC-bound defensive end looks for an encore.

Riley Selvais, St. John's Prep -- Sophomore quarterback Chris Vargas draws plenty of attention, for good reason, and his sophomore receiver could break out as a top target this season.

Liam Conlon, Catholic Memorial -- The latest linebacker to star for the Knights, the 6-2, 215-pound sophomore is a nationally-ranked recruit with offers from several Power Four college programs.

Jayson Dyer, Barnstable -- The 5-10, 190-pound tailback topped 1,200 rushing yards last season and is in line for an even bigger senior campaign behind a strong offensive line.

Luke Maglione, Peabody -- Entering his third year as a starter, Maglione is a dual threat with a rocket arm and great instincts.

Kane Mankins, Bishop Feehan -- The 6-3, 210-pounder is primed to lead the Shamrocks on both sides of the line of scrimmage after racking up 75 tackles and six sacks last season.

Gryffin Bordeau, Billerica -- Bordeau can line up as a tailback or make plays on sweeps as a receiver. Also a factor at safety and on special teams, the senior is a difference maker.

Andrew DeGirolamo, Mansfield -- Coming off a 50-reception campaign at tight end and receiver, the 6-4, 220-pound senior is the main weapon for quarterback Tommy Vallett.

Tallan King, King Philip -- King is the latest in a long line of tailbacks and linebackers to star for Brian Lee's Warriors , who are now in Division 3 after reaching four straight Division 2 Super Bowls.

Jack Fabiano, Masconomet -- An all-around weapon for second-year coach Pat Sheehan to deploy, Fabiano scored 18 touchdowns with well over 1,000 scrimmage yards last season, all while leading the Chieftains' defense.

Cole Barberia, Duxbury -- Barberia, a physical and attack-minded outside linebacker, made 50 tackles last year and is poised to take on an even greater role as a senior.

Ben Christopher and Emeka Olu, Tewksbury -- Christopher, a senior running back/cornerback, amassed 12 touchdowns last year, while Olu, a senior fullback/defensive end, accounted for 900 rushing yards and 14 scores.

Jonny Donovan and Grayson Foley, Scituate -- Donovan, a senior who threw for 2,173 yards and 31 touchdowns last year, will work in tandem with Foley, a junior who racked up 679 rushing yards and nine touchdowns for the Super Bowl-winning Sailors.

Mekhi Volcy, Bedford -- Committed to BC, the 6-3, 215-pound senior standout is back at wide receiver and safety/linebacker/defensive end for the Buccaneers after missing most of last year with wrist and rib injuries.

Jake Banda, Shawsheen -- Sid Tildsley has graduated, but Banda and Tidlsley's younger brother, James, are back at linebacker to lead a dominant defense. Banda topped 1,500 scrimmage yards and totaled 75 tackles last fall.

Yaniel Belliard and Rowan Merryman, St. Mary's of Lynn -- A pair of three-year starters, Belliard enters his senior campaign at quarterback and Merryman is coming off an eight-touchdown performance as a sophomore. Merryman led the Spartans in tackles last year and figures to take on a larger workload on offense.

Brandon Errico, Hanover -- As a junior, Errico scored three of his nine touchdowns on kick and punt returns, and recorded four interceptions in one game.

John Von Barta, Swampscott -- A multi-sport athlete with a flair for the dramatic, the senior quarterback led the Big Blue to a few last-second wins last fall.

Peter Boccelli, Stoneham -- Returning as one of the top linebackers in the Middlesex League, the senior captain will take on a much larger workload as a tailback in a double-wing offense.

Tyler Connolly and Dylan Patturelli, Bishop Fenwick -- This potent one-two punch combined for nearly 2,000 scrimmage yards, nearly 200 tackles, and 22 touchdowns last season. Now the senior captains will lead the Crusaders in their new classification as a D6 program.

Hudson Garrity, Archbishop Williams -- Few freshman have entered high school with as much hype as Garrity, who dominated at the club and youth level throughout middle school, earning national recognition as an elite dual-threat quarterback.

Dan Lemieux, Lynnfield -- The senior will hardly get a break during games this season, as he's slotted to kick, punt, and return kicks on top of his duties as a lead receiver and defensive back for the fast-paced Pioneers.

Brendan Spenard, Old Rochester -- The senior captain is a huge presence (6-6, 270) on both sides of the line of scrimmage for the Bulldogs, giving Old Rochester the potential to play deep into the fall.

Ty Holmes, West Bridgewater -- After overcoming myocarditis to lead the Tigers with 1,300 rushing yards and 19 total touchdowns, the senior returns as the focal point of a run-heavy offense.

Zach Deschenes, Nashoba Valley Tech -- Only a sophomore, the tailback and linebacker looks to use his big-play ability to fill the void left by the graduation of Commonwealth MVP Chase Carney and others.

Mekhi White, Randolph -- The second in a line of talented brothers to star for Randolph, the running back/defensive back has been making plays since his freshman year and is poised to lead the Blue Devils as a senior.
