PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE CONCERNING PROPOSED 2025 BUDGET AND 2024 BUDGET AMENDMENT OF BANNING LEWIS RANCH METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 2 NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of Banning Lewis Ranch Metropolitan District No. 2 ("District") for the ensuing year of 2025; that the necessity has arisen to amend the District's 2024 Budget; that copies of such proposed 2025 Budget and 2024 Amended Budget have been filed in the office of the District at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, 121 S. Tejon Street, Suite 1100, Colorado Springs, Colorado, where the same are open for public inspection; and that such proposed 2025 Budget and adoption of a Resolution to Amend 2024 budget will be considered at a public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at North Tree Ranch House 6885 Vista Del Pico Blvd., Colorado Springs, Colorado on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. Any elector within the District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the 2025 Budget and Resolution to Amend 2024 Budget, inspect the budgets and file or register any objections thereto.
