Travis Kelce's star has only grown since beginning his relationship with Taylor Swift, and the increased visibility has resulted in new opportunities for the tight end and his family.
You've likely seen the Kelces in several commercials this season, from Travis to Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie. The exposure of the Kelce family has extended to scripted television, as Travis made his acting debut in a new series on FX.
Taylor Swift is no stranger to the spotlight, but it's one of Kelce's first times being the center of attention as one of the stars of the show.
Prior to his debut, the showrunner for Kelce's new series talked about the advice she gave the superstar tight end.
"The only thing that [Travis and I] talked about was that she's very supportive of him, and if he has an interest, she wanted him to try it," said Ryan Murphy during the premiere of FX's "Grotesquerie."
Murphy said that he was happy that Swift is giving Kelce her support, and noted that he was also a fan of the singer.
Kelce didn't appear in either of the first two episodes of the show, much to the dismay of fans and even his brother Jason. Jason did note that he would be upset if Travis was revealed the villain of the show, which the other characters are searching for during the premiere episodes.
On the field, Kelce and the Chiefs are looking to make it to 4-0 on the season this Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers. If previous results are any indication, Kelce could be in for a big game against them.
In 18 career starts, Kelce has 100 catches for 1,223 yards and nine touchdowns against the Chargers. We'll see if he can continue his great play against them - and if he shows up on screen on "Grotesquerie" later in the week.
