Raygun reacts to Vikings safety Cam Bynum's tribute celebration

The Australian Olympian, whose real name is Rachael Gunn, caught wind of Vikings safety Cam Bynum's rendition of her infamous breakdancing routine that made her a viral sensation at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.

Bynum performed Gunn's viral moves after he intercepted a pass from Jaguars quarterback Mac Jones late in the fourth quarter of Minnesota's 12-7 win over the Jaguars at EverBank Stadium on Sunday.

"This is WILD," Gunn, who wrote on her Instagram story, including a video of Bynum's celebration. "Love it, Cam Bynum!"

It was his third interception of the season.

Taking to his Instagram Story, Bynum reposted photos and videos of his Raygun-inspired celebration.

"10/10," he wrote, adding a few medal emojis.

Bynum included a bunch of goat and kangaroo emojis in another post that featured a side-by-side photo of him and the breakout star of the 2024 Paris Games.

Gunn was trolled on social media after she didn't earn a single point in her three rounds of the Round Robin portion of the B-girl competition in Paris in August.

She stood by her Olympic performance after facing backlash.

Gunn made a surprise appearance onstage with fellow Aussie "Tones And I" at the singer's show in Melbourne on Saturday.

The Sydney-based University lecturer took the stage with an energetic breakdancing performance as the crowd cheered.

The next day, Gunn shut down reports again that she is retiring from competing professionally.

"So I was talking, you know, on '2dayFM' [on Sydney radio] about how I'm not going to do certain competitions anymore, which didn't seem like such a big deal because breaking is not going to be in the Olympics (at LA 2028) anyway," Gunn said during a Sunday appearance on the "Today" show on 9 New Australia.

"But you know, I'm still going to be part of community jams, or I'd like to go to community jams and still and still dance and still break - never used the word 'retire.' But, you know, it just caught on to the news cycle."

Gunn confirmed she was "not retiring" when asked by "Today" host Sarah Abdo.

"You try and stop me. I'm not ever going to stop dancing," she declared. "So if you hear that again, you know that it's not the truth."

Gunn went on to explain that breaking is a lifestyle.

You can't retire from culture," she said. "You can't retire from an art form. So that's why I'm never going to stop."

Gunn caused a stir on social media when she said she was done competing during a radio interview.

"I still break, but I don't compete. I'm not gonna compete anymore," Gunn said on Australia's 2DayFM "The Jimmy and Nath Show" on Wednesday

She also mentioned a "level of scrutiny" that made things "really difficult" following Olympics debut in Paris.
